The development of big data needs to rely on cyber intelligence technology, because it uses many theories and methods of cyber intelligence. Furthermore, it has achieved certain results. The value of big data as an infrastructure of cyber intelligence is about to usher in a long-term development opportunity. On the other hand, solve the problem of scalability and growth of cyber intelligence cannot be done without big data technology. The development of cyber intelligence also needs to rely on the environment and technology support of big data. It is necessary for cyber intelligence, just like human beings, to have a lot of knowledge and rich experience; behind these knowledge and experience is the need for a large number of data support. The development of cyber intelligence and big data will push each other to form an effective mutual promotion effect. Therefore, the development of cyber intelligence relies on big data, at the meanwhile; big data also open a new chapter for cyber intelligence. Workshop Chair

Zheng Xu is currently the associate professor in Shanghai University, China. He is with over 3000 citations (H-index 28). He has authored or co-authored more than 90 publications including IEEE Trans. On Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Trans. On Automation Science and Engineering, IEEE Trans. On Emerging Topics in Computing, IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Trans. On Cloud Computing, IEEE Trans. on Big Data etc. He is also the associate editor of Springer ECR journal, Springer DIoT journal, and TSP AutoSoft journal. The paper titled “Ensemble-based multi-filter feature selection method for DDoS detection in cloud computing” obtained EURASIP Best paper awards 2019.
