Dr. Dinh-Thuan Do
Dr. Dinh-Thuan Do, Electrical Engineering Department, University of Colorado Denver, Denver, CO 80204 USA
Dinh-Thuan Do (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M. Eng., and Ph.D. degrees from Vietnam National University (VNU-HCMC) in 2007, and 2013, respectively, all in communications engineering. Prior to joining University of Colorado Denver (USA), he also worked with The University of Texas at Austin (USA), Asia University (Taiwan) and Ton Duc Thang University (Vietnam). His research interests include signal processing in wireless communications networks, non-orthogonal multiple access, full-duplex transmission, machine learning for wireless networks and reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS). Dr. Thuan was a recipient of Golden Globe Award from Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology in 2015 (Top ten excellent scientist nationwide). He is currently serving as an Editor of IEEE TRANS. ON VEHICULAR TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER COMMUNICATIONS (Elsevier), EURASIP JOURNAL ON WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS AND NETWORKING (Springer), ICT EXPRESS (Elsevier) and KSII TRANSACTIONS ON INTERNET AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS. His publications include over 100 SCIE/SCI-indexed journal articles, and over 50 international conference papers. He is sole author in one textbook, co-author in three edited books and eight book chapters.

Dr.Nisha Gupta
Prof. Nisha Gupta received her B.E. and M.E. degree from BIT, MESRA, Ranchi, and Ph.D degree from IIT, Kharagpur. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship from University of Manitoba, Canada in 1998. She joined Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, in 1999 as an Associate professor. Presently she is working as a Professor and Dean (Post Graduate Studies) in BIT, Mesra. She is engaged in research and development in the field of RF circuits, Antennas and EMI & EMC. She has more than 100 International and National journal publications in reputed journals including IEEE transactions. Besides, she has presented papers in several national and International conferences in India and abroad. She has successfully completed many projects sponsored by Government of India. She has vast teaching and research experience of about 35 years. She has 11 Ph.D's awarded under her guidance and 3 are ongoing.. She is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Fellow of IETE, Life member of ISTE, Member International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Life member ICEIT, Senior Member IEEE. She was selected as one of the Region R10 Distinguished Speakers for 2015- 2016 by IEEE AP-S R10 Distinguished Speaker Selection Committee.

Dr. Robindro Lairenlakpam
Dr. Robindro is a Scientist in the field of EV powertrain system, EV system integration, EV driving and charging energy studies, Hybrid energy systems integration and management. He has more than 19 years of research experience in EV powertrain performance & drive cycle analysis, Energy consumption studies, Energy management and efficiency studies, EV retrofitment and evaluation process, Vehicle homologation, Vehicle dynamics tests, Automotive test systems, Laboratory and real-world vehicle performance evaluations. He has recently developed and evaluated prototype EV retrofit kits for M1 category passenger vehicles and a prototype hybrid EV charging system, and an IoT enabled renewable hybrid energy system. He got involved in more than 25 research projects in vehicle research area, out of which 10 projects were executed & completed as Principal Investigator, and currently a few projects for 3W vehicles and hybrid energy systems are under progress. He has published more than 10 research papers and reviewed several journal & conference papers. He has also done project reviews for some Govt. project proposals submitted by various institutes. He is a member of CSIR-IIP Institutional Task Force (MoEFCC’s assignment to CSIR-IIP as the Technical Anchoring Institution under the Task Group-2) for preparation of India’s Long-Term Low Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Development Strategy for submission to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). He is also an honorary Associate Professor of AcSIR, and a member of TED-26, TED-27 committees of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and Automotive Industry Standards (AIS) for EVs and HEVs

Dr. Angsuman Sarkar
Dr. Angsuman Sarkar is presently serving as a Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering in Kalyani Government Engineering College, West Bengal. He had earlier served in Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College & Kalyani Government Engineering College as Lecturer, Assistant Professor & Associate Professor of ECE department for more than 22 years. He received the M.Tech degree in VLSI & Microelectronics and later completed his Ph.D from Jadavpur University. His current research interest span around study of short channel effects of sub 100nm MOSFETs and nano device modeling. He is a a Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of Institution of Engineers (IE) India, , Fellow of the Institution of Electroics & Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and has served in the past as the Chairman of IEEE Electron Device Society, Kolkata Chapter. He has authored 6 books, many contributed book chapters, 93 journal papers in international refereed journals and 57 research papers in national and international conferences. He is a member of board of editors of various journals. He is reviewer of various international journals. He is currently supervising 8 Ph.D. scholars and has already guided 7 students successfully as principal supervisor. He has delivered invited talk/tutorial speech/expert talk in various International Conference /technical programs. He has organized IEEE international conferences and several workshops/seminars.

Dr N S Rajput
Dr N S Rajput did his Ph.D. degree on his thesis entitled “Analysis space transformation based Neural processing approach suitable for on-line classification of gases/ odors using the responses of thick film gas sensor array”. He is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering, IIT(BHU). He has more than 18 years of research experience and he has been a renowned expert in the field of pattern recognition, gas Sensor systems, IOT and Cyber Physical Systems. He has established the R&D and Technology Extension Laboratory for Networked Communication and Computation (NCC LAB) to support advanced systems for IoT, CPS and Robotics apart from many other key central facilities. His recent product “The Air Guard”, an Intelligent Gas Sensor System has been showcased in IInvenTiv R&D Fair 2022, an all 23 IIT National R&D event. He is also the recipient of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India’s prestigious national award “Teaching Innovator Award”. He is the recipient of the IBM Faculty Award for $10,000 and the NVIDIA Hardware Grant worth $5,000 for the development of India’s first Swachh Bharat (Clean India) Android App. He is also member of National Supercomputing Mission (NSM), Govt. of India, an Indian Grid Certification Authority for access to National and International supercomputing grid and Nodal Officer, National Knowledge Network (NKN). His research interests include the design and development of smart sensors and systems in the IoT and CPS paradigm for smart city solutions especially gas sensing systems, advanced precision agriculture systems and robotics. He has authored the book “Blockchain for Smart City Applications (2020)” published by Springer Nature. He has published 50+ research papers in national and international journals and conferences. He is reviewer of many premier international journals and has conducted Tire-I International Conference as the Organizing Secretary. He is member of IEEE, IETE and many other professional bodies.

Dr. Soumya Pandit
Dr. Soumya Pandit is currently an Assistant Professor, Stage-III in the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta, India. He received the B.Sc (Phyiscs Honours), M.Sc (Electronic Science) and M.Tech (Radio Physics and Electronics) degrees from the University of Calcutta in 1998, 2000 and 2002, respectively. After graduating with a Ph.D. degree in the domain of VLSI Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he joined the department of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta as an Assistant Professor in 2008. He had researched in developing design methodologies and associated computer-aided design tools for High-level Synthesis of CMOS Analog Circuits in his Ph.D. work. Dr. Pandit has successfully taped out several integrated circuits in 0.8 micron and 0.18 micron CMOS technology. Dr. Pandit has published more than 50 number of papers in leading international journals and conferences. He has authored a book on Nano-Scale CMOS Analog Circuits: Models and CAD Techniques for High Level Design, published by CRC Press, USA and several book chapters in edited volumes published by CRC Press, Springer, IET. Dr. Pandit had successfully completed 4 R&D projects sponsored by DST, Govt. of India, TEQIP, Phase-II, University of Calcutta and others. He is currently Chief Investigator of Special Manpower Development Program-Chip to System Design (SMDP-C2SD) Project at the University of Calcutta. Dr. Pandit has developed IC Design Laboratory at the Department of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta, meant for post graduate teaching and research students. His current research interest includes CMOS Analog Circuit Design using SPICE, statistical analysis of electronic circuits, compact modeling of advanced semiconductor devices. He has profound interest on developing learning materials suitable for online education. Dr. Pandit is a Senior Member of IEEE, USA. He was the Vice Chair, SRC, Region-10, IEEE Electron Devices Society, USA for 2 consecutive durations. He is currently the regional editor, R-10 of IEEE EDS Newsletter. He is the founder Chapter Adviser of the IEEE Electron Devices Society, University of Calcutta Student Chapter. He served as the Chair of IEEE EDS Kolkata Chapter during 2014-2015. Dr. Pandit is a Chartered Engineer [India] in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and a fellow of IETE, India.
